Mr. Young was absolutely wonderful!  He was beyond considerate of my individual needs, caring and considerate to not only myself but also to my friends and family. This was our first time navigating the ACA or the marketplace as our son turned 26.  Ian was invaluable in helping us figure out our way.  With his help we secured excellent coverage.  But beyond that Ian has been available through the renewal process as well as helping us navigate the marketplace to assure our premium subsidies are accurately tracked. I feel so lucky to have found Ian to help me with my insurance needs! I have excellent coverage that is right for me and I have someone I can trust. Ian took time to understand what I needed and guided me through the process without making me feel pushed in any direction. I would highly recommend working with Ian Young if you are either navigating the Medicare system (husband) or the Marketplace for healthy insurance (me).  He made the process so easy and understandable and made sure everything was correct and completed.  He's the best!
